The Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation has announced the search for a transformational leader to serve as Executive Director and to lead the team that seeks philanthropic support for the benefit of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta and its members.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the execution of the Foundation’s mission through its staff, including development and fundraising, grants, programs, finance, and communications. The primary role of the Executive Director is to create a culture of development resulting in increased giving within the membership of Phi Gamma Delta.
While membership in Phi Gamma Delta is preferred, it is not required. The Foundation is headquartered in Lexington, KY. For those interested in learning more, a position description is available here.
